Foundations in Clinical Aromatherapy is a stand-alone course leading to a 45 hour Foundation in Clinical Aromatherapy Course Completion Certificate. It is much shorter and less in depth than the taught course Clinical Aromatherapy for Health Professionals that awards practitioner status (CCAP).

The home-study course is intended for licensed Health Professionals (LHPs) who want a short introductory course that will enable them to use 15 essential oils. 

The course was designed to give a solid theoretical basis of how to use 15 essential oils clinically.  The course leads to a Foundation in Clinical Aromatherapy Course Completion Certificate. 45 Continuing Education Contact Hours for nurses and massage therapists.

To demonstrate the safe and therapeutic use of 15 essential oils to improve patient well-being and promote a healing environment.
